About This Toolkit

The Oregon EMS Performance Improvement Toolkit was developed by the Emergency Medical Services Program in the Oregon Health Authority.

This toolkit provides simple resources to help EMS agencies in Oregon—especially small agencies—incorporate performance improvement into their everyday activities.
